OUR CONDO:

• 4 bedrooms – King bed with ensuite + ocean-view balcony, 2 Queen bedrooms, Bunk room with two twin bunks (great for kids)
• 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers
• Private rooftop terrace with lounge chairs & gas BBQ
• Unique setup: two connected condos forming one large unit
• Two pools (including an oceanfront pool), onsite gym, & direct beach access for a perfect getaway
• AC in every room
• No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

• WiFi for working/streaming, Smart TVs, & spacious living areas
• 2 fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, washer/dryer
• Walk to the marina, restaurants, cafes, & beach bars

Terms: 

• A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Rates do not include Mexican 16% IVA taxes.
• On check-out, renters pay a “Nightly Resort Fee” to the Terrasol Resort:
  • 1-2 people: $18.50 per night
  • 3-4 people: $23.50 per night
  • 5-6 people: $28.50 per night
  • 7+ people: $5.00 for each additional person per night
