Towels
We provide plenty of pool and beach towels in the condo for your convenience. Please be sure to return them to the condo after use. Kindly avoid leaving them outside or with towels from other guests or units. We ask that all linens and towels remain in good condition and are not lost or damaged.

No Smoking Inside
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking is allowed in open areas only.

WiFi
Internet is free and available for your use. The password can be found at the condo entrance and in the unit binder. Please note that the internet service is provided by TELMEX, which is the main provider in Mexico, so speed and stability may vary.

Air Conditioning
Please note that the air conditioning does not operate if the windows are opened or not closed properly. If you leave the condominium, please turn off electrical appliances and air conditioning.

Fan
The fan in the living room area has a remote control on the wall. With it, you can control the speed and turn the electricity on and off.

Transportation
The two main ways to get around Cabo are Uber and Taxi. Uber works well, and Terrasol allows Uber to access the lobby, where it can pick you up or drop you off. Taxi is also an option. We recommend asking reception to call the taxi and give instructions on your destination. You can talk to the taxi driver and tell them to pick you up later and return you to the resort, they are usually willing to do this.

Check Out Instructions
– Trash: Please remove the garbage bags from the cans
– Keys: The keys must be delivered to the Lobby
– Doors: Please lock all doors and do not leave the keys inside the condo
– Mobility: You can call the lobby so they can come and assist with your luggage
– Fees: Terrasol charges a night fee, a cleaning fee, and a parking fee (if applicable). If this isn’t paid at check-in, it might be paid at check-out in the Lobby.

Note: Please leave lights, AC or any energy-consuming device off upon departure.
