Booking Terms & Important Info: 

• A 50% rental deposit is required at the time of booking
• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
• Rates do not include Mexican 16% IVA tax

Terrasol Resort Fee (paid directly at the front desk, not included in your booking rate):

• 1-2 people: $19.50 USD per night
• 3-4 people: $24.50 USD per night
• 5-6 people: $29.50 USD per night
• 7-8 people: $34.50 USD per night

“Great location.”

Beautiful sunsets and an easy walk to the Marina for dinner, etc. Sleepy little spot but has 2 pools and 1 restaurant (not open for dinner). Met some great folks. Enjoyed the swim up bar and the best margaritas of our stay. Our unit was roomy and great. Would have stayed an extra week. Be sure to get a unit with a view of the ocean. You cannot swim in the ocean here but fun to walk along the beach. – Mike
