• A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

• On check-out, renters pay a “Nightly Resort Fee” to the Terrasol Resort:
  • 1-2 people: $17.50
  • 3-4 people: $22.50
  • 5-6 people: $27.50
  • 6+ people: $5.00 for each additional person per night

“A great place to stay in Cabo!!”

Terrasol 167 is the perfect place to start a great Mexican vacation. 167 is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Everything you need is provided! In suite laundry, microwave, blenders, BBQ!! Gorgeous patio for entertaining and enjoying the sun. The beds are fabulous! Location is so ideal, a short walk from the suite to the pool, restaurant/bar and beach. Terrasol is situated the perfect distance to the vital life of Cabo, a short walk to the shops and restaurants around the Marina. Buses and cabs are at your service for day trips further afield. The staff are pleasant and happy to do anything to make your stay even better. A great place to stay in Cabo!! – Betty S. 

“Look no further!”

Just as described, huge deck, well appointed inside and out, sand for the grandkids to play in and partial ocean view to enjoy. Our unit had everything we needed, great AC, comfortable beds. Terrasol is quiet, clean, pretty grounds and best of all right on the beach which isn’t crowded and has no vendors to constantly interrupt your peace. The highlight…baby sea turtles hatching and hurrying to the ocean on our last morning! Hundreds! The kids were so excited…and so were the adults. “Unit 167 was immaculate, clean, spacious, and well designed.”

Stayed at the Terrasol a couple months back and the whole experience was great! Perfect weather, Cabo is alive after the hurricane a few years back with new restaurants and bars…this was my first time at the centrally located Terrasol. It’s in the cut, on the beach in Cabo next to the Finnestera and Capella Pedregal, so its amazing! It’s nestled into the sand dunes a couple stories high and is as eco friendly as possible which I found refreshing from the mega hotels being built everywhere. There was no shortage of quality location and amenities. The complex has two amazing pools and a swim up bar on one! You could walk into town/ across the street to the marina (which was perfect when I went fishing a couple days of the trip). Unit 167 was immaculate, clean, spacious, and well designed. We had dishwasher, dryer, and washer, as well as, a large fridge! Everything working great and we had no issues with appliances. There were plenty of plates, cups, etc…Security was also polite and we parked on site with ease. – Susan & Nick W.
