- The condo has a great quiet environment for a relaxing sleep.

- Mini-split AC.
- A 12-bottle wine-fridge, or whatever beverages you would prefer.
- 65 inches Smart TV in living room
- WI-FI password-protected Secure Internet Access.
- Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed.
- Sleeping capacity: 2 people.
- We have a Gas BBQ on Deck.
- Brand new washer/dryer in the bathroom area.
- All of our condos are “non-smoking” indoors – you are welcome to light up on the outside decks as long as your neighbors are not on their deck, with doors closed, and the neighbors upstairs are not outside.

Terms:
- A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Rates include Mexican 16% IVA taxes.
- On check-out, renters pay a “Nightly Resort Fee” to the Terrasol Resort:
- 1-2 people: $17.50
- 3-4 people: $22.50
- 5-6 people: $27.50
- 6+ people: $5.00 for each additional person per night
