General Resort FAQs
We love to meet and greet you personally! We request your flight arrival details in advance so we can meet you at the Terrasol lobby. There is a quick 3-minute check-in process where you fill out a form at reception, similar to a standard hotel check-in. From there, we help you with your luggage and escort you to your private condo.
Terrasol has a quaint restaurant on-site that offers great drinks, breakfast and lunch. They are open daily from 8:30 – 5:00 p.m. Food is very good and inexpensive!
Terrasol features an onsite gym available for guests who want to keep up with their fitness routine while enjoying their vacation. Terrasol’s gym is available from 7:00 a.m.- 11:00 p.m.
Yes, we offer onsite parking for guests who choose to rent a car. Parking is available for $5 USD per day.
Absolutely. Terrasol is an excellent choice for groups and families looking for space and privacy. Our vacation rentals are full condos with kitchens and living areas, offering much more room than a standard hotel room. While we do not have a supervised kids’ club, families appreciate our two pools and the convenience of cooking meals in their own units.
Yes, Terrasol is known for being one of the most peaceful and relaxing resorts in Cabo San Lucas. To maintain this serenity for all guests, we observe quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. We do not host large, noisy events or parties, making us the perfect destination for travelers seeking a true escape.
Beach, Pools & Ocean Safety FAQs
Yes! Terrasol offers two beautiful pools for you to enjoy. One pool features a swim-up bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, and the other offers a quieter atmosphere for relaxation. Both pools are heated during the winter months.
While the beach directly in front of Terrasol is stunning and perfect for sunset walks, sunbathing, and whale watching, the Pacific currents here are very strong. For your safety, swimming is not recommended on this specific stretch of beach. Check here for a list of swimmable beaches in Cabo.
Yes. We provide plenty of pool and beach towels in the condo for your convenience.
Rooms & Amenities FAQs
All of our units have a laundry machine available. If you would like laundry done outside of the unit, please contact your personal concierge to arrange.
We welcome the idea of additional cleaning during your visit. For an additional cost of $35 USD, you can request with 48 hours notice, prior to the preferred date.
While the resort does not currently provide drinking water, bottled or purified water is readily available to purchase. Guests should use bottled or purified water for drinking and brushing their teeth. Tap water in sinks and showers is safe for washing and bathing.
Yes, our condos are equipped with Wi-Fi, and cell service is generally reliable throughout the property and Cabo San Lucas. Check with your specific carrier regarding international roaming plans before you travel.
Unlike a standard hotel room, your Terrasol condo is a fully equipped home away from home. Units include full kitchens, spacious living areas, and private balconies or terraces. Most units also feature coffee makers, filtered water, and Wi-Fi.

Terrasol Beach Resort is built directly on the sands of the Pacific Ocean at “Land’s End.” It is a beautiful place to walk on the sand and watch the whales and cruise ships pass by. Despite our quiet, secluded feel, we are just a 10-minute walk to the Marina, where you can enjoy many restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment options.
The safest and easiest way to get to the property from the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is private transportation. It is approximately a 40-minute drive. All you need to do is let us know your flight itinerary, and we will gladly arrange a private transfer for you.
Yes! You may request a grocery stop on your way in from the airport. The driver typically allows a 30–40 minute stop for an additional fee (approx. $35), or you can arrange to have groceries delivered prior to your arrival.
We have a network of reputable companies that we can recommend for many of the terrific adventures that Cabo offers. We also have a charter boat available at a great rate to our guests for fishing, whale watching, sunset cruises, snorkeling, and more. We are also able to provide information on excellent restaurants, nightclubs, and sports bars.
Cabo San Lucas is generally considered a safe destination for tourists, especially in the main resort and downtown areas. Terrasol has 24-hour security at the gate. As with any travel destination, we recommend using common sense, taking taxis or Uber at night, and keeping your valuables secure.

Smoking is generally not permitted inside the condos or in common enclosed areas. Please ask upon arrival for designated outdoor smoking areas.
