This beautiful 3BR 3BA Mexican vibe unit has it all, great location with sand/pool/ocean
views, you can step into the sand from the terrace and enjoy a 2 minute walk to the
ocean, from the terrace you can see the whales jumping, It is a comfortable private
place that offers a bright and spacious environment suitable for groups.
OUR CONDO:
- Very private condo – built ‘on’ the beach, less than a KM from the tip of the Baja Peninsula.
- This unit has 4 decks that fronts all Bedrooms and living room.
- Walk onto beach sand from our condo!
- Condo is furnished with authentic Mexican vibe.
- Sleeping arrangements include 3 Master BR’s, 2 with large king-size beds and 1 with 2 Queen-size beds.
- TV in living room with YouTube, Prime and the main streaming platforms (your account must be logged in)
- Large open kitchen, with a view to deck and beach – fully-equipped.
- All of our condos are “non-smoking” indoors – you are welcome to light up on the outside decks, with doors closed.
- Gas BBQ on Deck.
CONNECTED:
- WI-FI: We have added wifi to condo 170 – giving you High-Speed, password-protected Secure Internet Access in the condo and on all decks.
- SMART TV: We have added a Wide-Flat-High-Def Screen TV.
- PHONE: With WI-FI, if you download SKYPE onto your Laptop or iPhone, you can phone free to friends & family

Terms:
- A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Rates include Mexican 16% IVA taxes.
- On check-out, renters pay a “Nightly Resort Fee” to the Terrasol Resort:
- 1-2 people: $17.50 per night
- 3-4 people: $22.50 per night
- 5-6 people: $27.50 per night
- 6+ people: $5.00 for each additional person per night

It is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo with sliding glass doors that step onto the ocean. Beautiful ocean views were present from the master and the living room. The property manager was amazing! The personal attention she gave to every detail of what we wanted or needed on our trip exceeded our expectations.
